im 13, brown hair, skinny, light skin, 5'4".

Good oufit or not?
I like the boots and the jeans, the hoodie's color should be determined on what looks good against your skin: if you tend to be rosy color go for cool colors(blues, purples and the like)..if you tend to be more olive skin then go for warm colors(red, browns etc.)

Reply:As much as I would love to help you with the boots I've just never seen anyone ever wear that type before. You could buy cute winter boots at refuge to wear over your jeans. I suggest you buy the skinny jeans, and maybe a blue juicy hoodie but which ever color you prefer make sure it all matches, and for a cute top to go under the hoodie you could buy a cami at Old Navy.
