How much walking does it take for snowboarding boots to start to loose their spine?

How do you avoid walking in them then at the mountain resort? Do you wear your regular shoes from the hotel to the lift?

Also, is the burton idiom boot made for all mountain riding and will they last? They fit me more confortable and seem to offer more support than others. Freeriding (mountain runs and groomers) is the majority of what I do and not much pipe. Are these good for that?

if you%26#039;re really worried then try not to slide your feet along the pavemented areas, pick your feet up when you walk, but not so high that you look like an idiot, just enough so you don%26#039;t hear a scraping sound on the floor. if you%26#039;re walking on the snow then obviously you can walk however you want it won%26#039;t affect the boots.

and for the idioms, if they fit you and they%26#039;re comfortable go for them
Reply:last for a long time...... dont wear shoes tho...... shoes and board pants are gay
