Tall boots???

I%26#039;ve been riding for almost 6 years, I event, I%26#039;m jumping 3%26#039;6, and showing 3%26#039;0, and I%26#039;ve been doing all this in paddock boots and half chaps. I know, it%26#039;s not good. But luckily for most of this I was 12 and under. But I just had my 2nd show as a 13 y/o now considered OLD ENOUGH(whoot!) to wear tall boots. I am so excited! So I%26#039;m going to be buying tall boots soon.

Any suggestions for good ones? I need good quality ones, preferably with a zipper. And I mean good quality. Ariats would be nice...anything like that. Please no cheap ones.

So...suggestions???

Oh, BTW, my feet have stopped growing. Or I%26#039;m guessing they have since I%26#039;ve worn the same size for the past 2 years....

Tall boots???
Ariats are wonderful! But if you can, go to a tack store or two and try on different boots to see what fits you best. It%26#039;s fun to do this, too! Even if your feet did grow, you should have no trouble rehoming your tall boots. And when trying on...the boots should feel nice from the start. I know from experience. I have a semi custom pair I have never worn out of the house. They are pinchy and make me crabby- not a mood I want to share with my horse!
Reply:The above are good, but i%26#039;ve had many pairs of boots and mine by far are these tuff riders. http://www.doversaddlery.com/product.asp...

i LOVE them!!
Reply:Ariat, with zipper.....go to a tack shop and definantly try them on before the buy, they are kind of pricy, but good leather is worth it!! Crown Pro is good, price is kinda high, but any zip ariat is awesome!
Reply:Devon-Aire has a couple of nice styles.

I would get either the Nouvelle Zip or the Camden Zip. The Camden is brand new, so you may get backordered for those.
Reply:dublin zip backs, the best boots i%26#039;ve ever had.
